RETURNING & REPLACEMENT & REFUND

  • At Luke SaintMatthew, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
  • Our dedicated teams will inspect your item(s) prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying.
  • At Luke SaintMatthew, unworn items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after being received. We will refund or allow you to exchange item if you are not 100% satisfied. Please contact us within the 14 days upon receiving the items to initiate the return process and state issue with item.

RETURN PROCESS

1. EMAIL US

Contact us (Email: LukeSaintMatthew@gmail.com) and describe which item(s) you like to return and the reason for your return. Attach Photograph(s) for quality problems.

3. RETURNS THE GOODS

Put the item(s) in the original packaging and send it through your local post office.

4. REFUND OR EXCHANGE

Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange based on our return conditions.

PLS PAY ATTENTION:

1. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first via email (LukeSaintMatthew@gmail.com).

2. Please confirm that the return address is correct on the parcel or contact our customer service team to provide you the correct return address.

3. Orders returned without an authorized return address from customer service staff will not be refunded.

4. Clearance products cannot be returned or exchanged. For example, any products that are shown on Clearance” page or a product with “Clearance” in the title.

ITEMS THAT CAN BE RETURNED/REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING MUST FOLLOW THE CRITERIA LISTED BELOW:

  1. Items that arrive damaged.
  2. Items received that are incorrect size/color.
  3. Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 14 days of receiving.

Contact our Support Center (Email: LukeSaintMatthew@gmail.com) as soon as possible to address any of the above situations. If for any reason you decide you no longer want the item. You must report it to us within 14 days of receiving and we will refund minus a 15% restocking fee.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We will not accept returns in the following conditions:

  •  Items outside the 14 days time-frame.
  •  Washed, worn, used, or altered items.
  •  Items under the following categories included and but not limited: Sale, Swimwear, are not covered by the warranty.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  1. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item(s).
  2.  Item(s) listed as NON-RETURNABLE will not be accepted.
  3. Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We will not accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  4. We do not accept returned items unless communicated to and approved by our assessment team.
  5.  Once the returned merchandise is approved and received, a refund will be issued.. Luke SaintMatthew cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any cost not paid to Luke SaintMatthew. This includes any custom taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back via the original form of payment used to purchase the order. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
  6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable.
  7.  Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of on products.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS & ADDRESS

  1. Please be sure to contact our customer service at LukeSaintMatthew@gmail.com for the proper return address.
  2. All shipping costs are at the purchaser’s expense. This includes shipping cost for a return or exchange. Shipping cost are non-refundable. We kindly recommend you carefully check the size, color and condition of item(s) and confirm all your order details prior to return shipping.
  3. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping cost. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
